Yes. With in-house CAD/CAM technology, many crowns are designed, milled and bonded in a single appointment at Om Dental Clinic — typically two to three hours including preparation. You skip the temporary crown and the two-week wait entirely.
For most cases, yes — CAD/CAM crowns are milled from high-strength ceramic blocks with excellent fit and durability. For highly complex aesthetic cases on front teeth, we may still use a master ceramist for hand-layered characterisation.
We mill from premium ceramic blocks including lithium disilicate (e.max) and zirconia — strong, lifelike and stain-resistant materials that last 10–15 years or more with good care.
At Om Dental Clinic, same-day CAD/CAM crowns are around ₹12,000, inlays/onlays ₹7,000, and veneers ₹14,000. The price includes the convenience of single-visit completion with no temporary crown.
Yes. The ceramic restoration is milled on-site while you wait, typically in 15–30 minutes. It is then characterised, glazed and bonded the same appointment.
They are highly accurate because they are designed digitally from a precise intraoral scan and milled by computer-controlled machinery. This produces an excellent marginal fit, reducing the adjustments and remakes sometimes needed with traditional methods.
Yes — local anaesthesia does not affect driving ability. If you opt for nitrous oxide sedation or are particularly anxious, we recommend a friend or family member accompany you.
